Supe me peshk

Supa me peshk eshte nje recete tradicionale. Pergatitet duke perdorur gjithe peshkun,por mund te pergatitet vetem me kokat e peshkut te madh si trofte, krap etj...
Si perberes shtese per te pasuruar pjaten perdoren perimet.


PERBERESIT


  • 2 peshq te medhenj (ose minimumi 6koke)
  • 1 qepe
  • 2-3 karota
  • 2patate
  • 1 luge miell
  • vaj ulliri
  • kripe, limon, gjrthe dafine,piper i zi koker sa duhet

Pergatitja:

Ne nje tenxhere te thelle veme te zjeje ne 1 liter uje peshkun me qepen e grire imet,karotat dhe patatet.Rregullojme me aromat dhe kripe.
Nese perdorim kokat leme te zjejne 20' si te kete rene uji ne vale dhe i heqim, nese perdorim gjithe peshkun pas 20'' zjerrjeje e heqim nga vala e nxjerrim ne nje pjate dhe e pastrojme nga halat. Lengun e kullojme nepermjet nje kullueseje,ndersa perimet  i shtypim me pirun ose me mire me mikser dhe i bashkojme perseri me lengun.
Ne nje tigan me 4-5 luge vaj ulliri skuqim miellin dhe me pas e bashkojme me lengun duke bere kujdes qe te mos mbetet kokrriza.Bashkojme edhe peshkun dhe e leme te zjeje perseri 10' duke e rregulluar me limon ose uthur dhe duke kontrolluar trashesine e lengut me qellim qe te jete e deshiruara.
